Keynote by Shana Debrock
Shana is an urban planner, communication scientist and policy officer with the Departement of Environment and Spatial Planning Flanders. Her fascination with the urban surface led to a PhD in underground urbanism. Her main interest is in understanding how a transition towards (more) sustainable use of urban underground space can take place, and how urban professionals might play a significant role.
